WASABI – Japanese Cultural Society (hereinafter referred to as ‘WASABI’ or ‘the Society’) reserves all discretion with regard to the policies of the Society and the exercise thereof, insofar as and to the extent provided by the Constitution of WASABI, the requirements as a registered Society of The University of Sydney Union, and any other contractual or legal obligations.

All requests for the distribution of promotional materials must be directed in writing to WASABI through the email address for consideration. No requests will be approved otherwise. While promotional materials should generally align with the aims of the Society, WASABI reserves all discretion with regard to the distribution of such materials, with or without further notice or correspondence to the promoting party.
